Digital products are delivered instantly. Because license keys and download links cannot be “returned” like physical goods, refunds are handled case-by-case according to the rules below. We aim to resolve every request within 24–48 hours.
1. Eligibility for a refund or replacement
You may qualify for a full refund or free replacement key if:
- The license key or activation code does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase.
- You received the wrong product or plan compared to what you ordered.
- Duplicate charges were made for the same order (we will refund the duplicate amount).
- Delivery failed — you did not receive your key or instructions within the stated delivery window after payment confirmation.
2. When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- The license key has been successfully activated or redeemed with the software vendor.
- You changed your mind after purchase (“buyer’s remorse”) for working, delivered products.
- The issue is caused by incompatible hardware, operating system, or regional restrictions disclosed on the product page.
- You violated the software vendor’s terms of use.
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery without contacting support about a defect.
3. Partial refunds & prorated subscriptions
For subscription products billed monthly or annually, cancellation stops future renewals only. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law or covered under Section 1.
4. How to request a refund
- Sign in to your account and open Return / Refund Request, or contact us via Contact.
- Include your order number, email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem.
- Attach screenshots of any error messages if the key fails to activate.
- Our team will verify the order status and respond by email or WhatsApp.
5. Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card reversal, etc.). Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider. Replacement keys are usually sent within 24 hours.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid, delivered orders may result in account suspension and reporting to payment partners.
